Jonathan is a Class A PGA professional with 9 years of teaching experience.  For the past 5 years, he has been the Lead Golf Instructor at Tierra Verde Golf Club in South Arlington, Texas and has taught over 1500 students.  He graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and concentration in Professional Golf Management from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. 

Jonathan's teaching philosophy is keeping the golf swing simple by making sure the student has all the basics down first before working on the swing. He gives his students one or two things to work on and focuses on the first swing flaw he sees.  Unlike many instructors, he tries to explain the golf swing in terminology everyone can understand, making the game easier to learn and enjoy.
